We always try to be fair, honest and open and aim to have no skeletons in the closet (except on Halloween). And of course, healthy products is at the heart of what we’re doing. Every ingredient is always the freshest or highest quality it can possibly be and it goes without saying we never add anything dodgy, not now, not ever. Our salsa motto ‘Nothing Canned, Nothing Bottled and Nothing Dehydrated’ says it all. We found the Mexican food available in stores simply wasn’t cutting it – every product was full of canned tomatoes, bottled ingredients, dehydrated herbs and often preservatives that you need a science degree to pronounce. Our little group of friends decided we couldn’t let this go on and hence set out, in our space suits, to conquer the food Universe one step at a time – we started with a super healthy, 100% fresh produce Salsa and Hot Sauce to hoot about. We then progressed to create a trio of gourmet cooking salts to help your food pop with flavor and allow you to get creative in the kitchen – of course using only the purest sea salts and finest ingredients around.
